Every signature is captured as part of a comprehensive audit log. This log serves as a verifiable record of the signing process and includes the following data points for each signature:

The signer's designated Role (e.g., Tenant, Client).
The signer's verified Email Address.
A precise, server-generated Timestamp of the signing event.
The captured Geolocation Data of the signer, where permitted.
A Security Photo of the signer captured during the session.
An AI-generated description of the security photo for objective analysis.
The signature itself, whether typed or drawn by the user.

3. Superior Document Integrity

We use SHA-256 cryptographic hashing to ensure that your documents cannot be tampered with. A unique hash is generated for the original document upon upload, and a new hash is generated for each version created after a signature is added. You can use our built-in "Verify Document" tool to upload any LinkiDoc file and confirm its authenticity against our records at any time.

4. Secure & Reliable Infrastructure

LinkiDoc is built on a modern serverless platform using Cloudflare Workers and R2 storage. This provides a secure foundation with encryption-at-rest for all stored documents and protection against common web threats like DDoS attacks.
