At LinkiDoc, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
When you sign in using your Google account, we only request access to basic profile information necessary to operate the service:
This information is used to identify you within the LinkiDoc service, associate documents with your account, and pre-fill your email address during the signing process.
Currently, all documents must be manually uploaded from your device. We do not access your local files or cloud storage accounts automatically.

Even with this feature, LinkiDoc will never access, read, or modify any files in your Google Drive without your direct action.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or your documents with third-party marketers or advertisers. Access to documents is restricted to those who have the secure signing link generated by our service.
We use secure HTTPS connections for all data transfer, and all files are stored in a secure cloud environment. Every signing action is recorded in a transparent audit log to ensure the integrity of your documents.
You can delete your documents from your dashboard at any time. When a document is deleted, the file and all associated signature logs are permanently removed from our active servers.
LinkiDoc's use and planned future transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
