LinkiDoc allows users to upload PDF documents, generate secure signing links, and collect digital signature logs. You agree not to use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for the content of the documents you upload. You must not upload malicious, illicit, or copyrighted content for which you do not have permission.
All uploaded documents and their associated signature logs are stored securely and made accessible via the generated link. Each document is stored for a period of one (1) year from the date of upload. You have the option to extend this storage period by making an additional payment.
LinkiDoc operates on a credit-based system. One credit is consumed for each document upload. Credits can be purchased in bundles as described on our platform. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as specified in our Refund Policy.
LinkiDoc provides the platform and tools for digital signing but does not verify the identity of signers or the legality of the documents. We are not liable for any disputes or damages arising from agreements made using LinkiDoc. It is your responsibility to verify all parties and consult with legal professionals as needed.
